DELIVERY

* Flat rate fee $9.95

* All orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

* Made to order products will be delivered within 5-7 days.

* We use Australia Post and Courier service.

* Orders that are dispatched by courier will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that there will be somebody available at the delivery address to provide this.

* Please note that all re-delivery of goods will incur an extra delivery charge should the recipient not be available.

* Timing of delivery is subject to payment authorisation and stock availability.

* We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

* Tracking details for your order can be accessed by contacting us through our contact form.

* Triple Scented Diffusers are only shipped within Australia.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

* All postage is based on weight.

* Shipping is via Standard Airmail - no insurance.

* If you would like to insure your item please contact me for a quote.

* All orders will be delivered between 4-10 days via Australia Post.

RETURNS POLICY

We will only accept the return of products if

- we are notified within 7 days after delivery.

- we accept that you have received a product from us that is different to the one you ordered.

- we accept that the products were damaged or faulty at the time of delivery to you and will replace the products or credit your PayPal account with a full refund.

Please not that it is necessary to notify us in writing within 24 hours of receiving damaged/faulty goods and also provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods.
